Any client data that is actively being used for the purpose of credit repair will be secured by monitoring equipment including netwise traffic monitoring, data field monitors, and is on a permission based access status. Data received in formats other than digital will be secured and destroyed by a third party within 24 hours of acceptance. The hard copy data will be shredded onsite, monitored by GoBancCredit's administrative staff.

GoBancCredit uses SSL in order to secure the sensitive data that we collect from clients. SSL encrypts the data being sent to the server from the browser using encryption technology. Sending an order in an SSL protected environment protects your information from being seen by anyone else but the merchant it is intended for.

GoBancCredit's main data center is equipped with advanced systems from Cisco to ensure reliability and security. We make sure the network is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. All our services come with a 99.9% uptime guarantee.

Our data center sits right on top of several major Internet backbones. We currently maintain multiple and redundant direct OC-3 (155Mbit/s) links (scale to OC-48, 2.5 Gbit/s) to the backbone (up to OC-182) hubs. We have built in excess capacity so that even during peak hours or unexpected spikes in traffic, you can rest assured our web presence will be available. Our hosting environment utilizes BGP4 (Border Gateway Protocol) on our Cisco routers. This ensures the fastest and most efficient delivery of packets to the destination, picking the best route amongst different Internet backbones. Should any one backbone fail, our system will redirect the traffic to alternative routes. GoBancCredit's internal network is based on 100% switch-based 100Mbit/s Fast Ethernet using the latest Cisco and HP gears. We have made certain to avoid any single point of failure by having hot swappable backup gears constantly ready.

Set on 3,100 sq ft. of raised floor, our hosting environment is a Class-A data center that has been engineered to avoid any single point of failure:

For network security, we provide firewall, system watch and constant network monitoring by an administrator to prevent any chance of malicious activity.

GoBancCredit uses only brand name, top of the line components from Cisco and HP. All our hardware is tested for optimal performance and each individual server is stress tested before activation. In the rare event that a component should fail we will immediately replace the equipment at no charge. Every server is also equipped with Fast Ethernet (100 Mbps) ports.

Our customer support has no time limits. Independent of what time it may be, our system and network administrators are on hand 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to anticipate and counter any problems that may arise.

Every employee for GoBancCredit has completed a third party security and background check prior to employment. Employee access to any client information is tracked digitally and physically.
