You can be assured that each credit team is directed by a credit expert with at least 3 years of credit repair experience. Each member of the credit team also has extensive training and experience, including a minimum of an associate's degree. If there is ever a situation that requires escalation, a lead expert with a minimum of 5 years of credit repair experience will consult on your file and decide the most appropriate course of action.
Can I pay for special attention from my credit team?
We often get offered more money in the hopes of getting faster responses. The fact of the matter is that you will get the fastest service that we can offer even at our low monthly rate. By law, the credit bureaus have 30 days to respond to our disputes. With our proven system we can bypass a lot of the stall tactics used by the credit bureaus, but they do have the legal right to take 30 days for their response. It is our goal to get you where you want to be as quickly as possible. Your satisfaction is our best advertising.
When you enroll with GoBancCredit you will be assigned to your own credit team. This team, made up with at least two credit experts, will remain with you throughout your enrollment with
GoBancCredit. Your credit team will be available by email or by phone during normal business hours.
When is GoBancCredit available?

How often can I get updates?
We send you an e-mail update every time we receive information from you or take any action on your file, including mailing letters to the credit bureaus or your creditors. We go beyond normal expectations to keep you informed. We do understand that your credit situation is extremely important. With that in mind, we encourage you to contact us as often as you need. Your satisfaction is our best advertisement.
